TerraNova and Jacanda Strategic Alliance - July 2009

TerraNova Capital Partners (www.terracap.com) and Jacanda Capital have formed a Strategic Alliance to provide global investment banking services to Australian resources and technology companies. The services will include Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Equity Capital Raising, and Corporate/Business Development.

TerraNova is a boutique corporate advisory and funds management firm with headquarters in New York and offices in London and San Francisco, and Jacanda Capital is a Sydney based corporate advisory firm. Together, the two firms are ideally positioned to help emerging Australian companies achieve their growth objectives with investors and/or strategic partners in Asia, Europe and the Americas. 

The Alliance formalises a working relationship between the two firms which has achieved several significant transactions over the last 12 months.
